Registration is Simple!
Step One: Choose your lesson type, frequency, days and time.
Step Two: Call or email to check availability of your preferred day(s) and time(s).
Step Three: Fill out registration form and pool consent below and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment (cash, check, or money order) is due no later than first day of class prior to lesson. You may pay either in full for all weeks registered OR for the current week on the first lesson of each week. Please note cancellation policy. Checks may be made out to Assured Aquatics.
Step Four: Upon receipt of your completed form, Mrs. Becky will officially enter you into her schedule and send you a confirmation email and invoice.
That's it! You're on your way to Safe, Confident enjoyment of all that Florida's waterscape has to offer!
